• Great garage. Been here before as well as the other Karen Autos site with my other car. I was a bit worried about finding an MOT garage who was confident with dealing with EVs which have special jacking points and details of how to run some MOT tests, and when I popped in they reassured me about this. MOT was completed today on time. Couldn't recommend more highly.

• Have used Karen Autos for a few years now and they have recently taken over Direct Garage Services. They're upfront about costs and won't make you pay for anything you don't need. They always do a great job and are super friendly! When I broke down and got towed to them they went above and beyond calling AA to explain the repairs so that I could get reimbursed the repair costs. Can't recommend them enough, great local garage!

• I cannot recommend Karen Autos highly enough. We recently brought them our Bongo camper van which was in need of much attention. They carefully sorted through the issues, mended, welded and fixed- and we now have our van back transformed and ready for another few years of service. • Words can't really describe how FANTASTIC they were!! I strongly recommend using them. They are my local garage and I went in asking for advice as the locking wheel nut in one of my wheel is missing (lost by the company who refurbished my wheels without realising until a couple of months later). Christine discussed the options with me, promptly ordered a new set of 4 from BMW, Toby installed them and all without charging me a single penny for their time - according to them it wasn't much trouble and it would take no time to replace! They merely charged me for the cost of the locking wheel nuts from BMW. I can't thank them enough.

• Karen Autos did an excellent job repairing my dented front bumper. They ordered the replacement bumper, matched the paint perfectly and fitted it, and it looks as good as new. They also fixed a leaking hatchback issue that I’d tried several times to get sorted elsewhere without success. I’d almost given up, so I was really pleased when they called to say they’d likely found the problem. They ordered the replacement part, fitted it, and I’ve had no issues since. Christine and Mark are both friendly and helpful - really pleased with the service and would highly recommend Karen Autos.

• I don't usually write reviews of services, but Karen Autos has been so helpful, cost-effective and professional, that I just had to say it here. Been using them for a few years now and can't recommend highly enough. I can't afford Audi Dealer prices, but Karen Autos can perform the same standard of workmanship anyway and at a fraction of the cost. Very friendly staff and always happy to explain the technical stuff when I ask specific questions.
